Backstory: How Tikimon Created the Pooka Nooga Cocktail

Legend has it, one steamy night on Exotic Tiki Island, the volcano Mount Nooga let out a mighty rumble—not of anger, but of anticipation. The tiki tribe had gathered for the annual Lava Dance Festival, a celebration of dance, rhythm, rum, and radiant sunsets. But something was missing… a drink worthy of the lava’s dance.

Enter Tikimon, the island’s master mixologist and keeper of cocktail secrets. Inspired by the pulsing drums, the scent of roasted pineapple, and the mischievous “Pooka” spirits said to swirl in volcanic steam, Tikimon set to work behind the bamboo bar.

He blended pineapple rum, peach brandy, and coconut whispers, added a splash of vanilla and falernum, and crowned it all with crushed ice and a lime wedge – a nod to the island’s citrus moon. One flash blend later, the volcano glowed brighter, the tribe danced harder, and the Pooka Nooga Cocktail was born.

Now, Tikimon shares his creation with you – so every sip carries the spirit of the island, the heat of the volcano, and the joy of the tribe.
