Ingredients:
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 can (15 – 1/4 oz) Del Monte – Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice
- 4 Slices white bread, cubed*
Instructions:
- Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Mix in bread.
- Pour into a greased 1 – 1/2 quart casserole.
- Bake 1 hour at 350˚ F.
Serves 6 to 8
* Wheat bread may also be used.
