Velveteen Lounge Kitsch-en

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 can (15 – 1/4 oz) Del Monte – Crushed Pineapple In Its Own Juice
  • 4 Slices white bread, cubed*

Instructions:

  1. Combine eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Mix in bread.
  2. Pour into a greased 1 – 1/2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350˚ F.

Serves 6 to 8

* Wheat bread may also be used.
