The Curse of the Crimson Pumpkin - Mocktail

๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ Legend of the Crimson Pumpkin

Long ago, deep within the misty jungles of Exotic Tiki Island, there lived a reclusive witch known only as Mama Moana. She was a master of potions, blending island fruits with forbidden spices whispered to her by the spirits of the volcano.

One All Hallowsโ€™ Eve, she carved a pumpkin not for decorationโ€”but for divination. Into its hollow she poured pineapple nectar, lime from the sacred grove, and blood-red hibiscus steeped under a lunar eclipse. She stirred it with a cinnamon wand charred in volcanic flame, chanting in a forgotten tongue.

The brew shimmered with power. But before she could drink, the jungle swallowed her whole.

Now, each Halloween, the islandโ€™s bartenders recreate her potionโ€”The Curse of the Crimson Pumpkinโ€”hoping to summon her spirit and unlock the secrets she left behind. Sip carefullyโ€ฆ for legend says those who finish the drink may hear Mama Moana whisper their fate.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz pumpkin juice (chilled)
  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz cinnamon syrup (or spiced brown sugar syrup)
  • 2 oz hibiscus tea (chilled)
  • Dash of vanilla extract
  • Crushed ice

Garnish:

  • Charred cinnamon stick (lightly torch one end until it smolders – adds aroma and drama)

  1. In a shaker, combine pumpkin juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, vanilla, and ice.
    Shake well until chilled.
  2. Strain into a tiki mug or coupe glass over crushed ice.
