Mango Monsoon Bloom Mocktail - Exotic-Tiki-Island

Backstory:

Before the winds turn and thunder drums awaken the skies, island folk look westward for the Mango Monsoon Bloom - a golden flash across the horizon said to bring clarity, luck, and just the right amount of cheeky chaos.

It was first served on the eve of a grand tiki dance-off, when a mango accidentally fell into the festival punch. The result? Legendary balance, legendary calm, and a party no cloud could dampen.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mango nectar (or fresh mango purée)
  • 1/2 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz calamansi (or lime) juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat syrup
  • 3 drops orange blossom water
  • Crushed ice
  • Optional: (splash of soda water for sparkle)

Garnish:

  • mango slice, edible flower, or mint sprig

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice
  2. Pour in the mango nectar, coconut water, calamansi juice, orgeat, and orange blossom water.
  3. Shake gently (this isn’t a thunderclap, it’s a misty breeze).
  4. Strain into a tiki mug or tall glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
  5. Top with soda water if you want a fizzy finish.
  6. Garnish with a slice of mango, a sprig of mint, or an edible flower - the finishing bloom before the monsoon.
