Ghost of Christmas Past Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Probitas Rum (blend of Jamaican & Barbadian rums)
  • 0.5 oz Amaro (adds herbal depth)
  • 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh orange juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup (rich, spiced sweetness)

Garnish:

  • Pineapple wedge or frond
  • Orange wheel
  • Festive cinnamon stick or holiday-themed garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your shaker: Fill with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients: Rum, amaro, lemon, orange, pineapple, and cinnamon syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously: About 10–12 seconds until chilled and well combined.
  4. Strain: Pour into a tiki mug or festive glass filled with crushed ice.
  5. Garnish: Add pineapple wedge, orange wheel, and a cinnamon stick for holiday flair.
  6. Serve immediately: Ideally with a straw, letting the garnish aromatics enhance the first sip.
