Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Guava nectar
• 1 ox. Pineapple juice
• 3/4 oz. Passion fruit syrup
• 1/2 oz. Orgeat
• 1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
• 1 oz. Aged rum
• 1 oz. Gold rum
• 1/2 oz. Overproof rum (optional float)
• 2-3 dashed of Angostura bitters
• 2 drops of Vanilla extract 

Garnish:

• Fresh mint bouquet
• Pineapple frond
• Dehydrated lime wheel

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients (except optional rum float) to a shaker.
• Shake hard with crushed ice.
• Pour unstrained into a tall tiki mug.
• Add more crushed ice to form a dome.
• Optional: float the overproof rum on top.
