Santa's Tiki Sleigh Mocktail - Exotic Tiki Island

Backstory:

Long ago, when Santa was making his annual rounds, he found himself flying low over the tropics. The reindeer were tired, the sleigh bells had lost their jingle, and the North Pole cocoa just wasn’t cutting it. So, he made a pit stop at a little tiki hut glowing with bamboo torches and Christmas lights strung between palm trees.

The locals welcomed him with a drink that was bright as cranberries, smooth as snow, and sparkling like holiday cheer. Pineapple gave it a tropical lift, coconut cream made it feel like a snowy treat, and ginger added the warmth of a Christmas hearth. Santa loved it so much, he asked the elves to add it to the official holiday menu back at the workshop.

Now, every Christmas Eve, before the sleigh takes off, Santa raises a frosty tiki mug of this mocktail to toast the season. He calls it Santa’s Tiki Sleigh – a reminder that Christmas magic isn’t just found in the snow, but also in the glow of tropical lights and the fizz of festive joy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cranberry juice (for that Christmas red glow)

  • 2 oz pineapple juice (tropical tiki twist)

  • 1 oz coconut cream (smooth, snowy texture)

  • ½ oz lime juice (bright balance)

  • Dash of ginger syrup (holiday spice warmth)

  • Sparkling water (to top, adds fizz like sleigh bells)

Garnish:

  • Fresh mint sprig (like holly leaves)

  • Cranberries on a cocktail pick (mini ornaments)

  • Optional: a cinnamon stick stirrer (radio mic lookalike!)

Instructions:

  1. Shake cranberry, pineapple, coconut cream, lime, and ginger syrup with ice.
  2. Strain into a festive tiki mug or clear glass.
  3. Top with sparkling water for effervescence.
  4. Garnish playfully with mint, cranberries, and cinnamon.
