Ingredients:

4 oz pineapple juice

3 oz coconut water

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz hibiscus syrup (or simple syrup + hibiscus tea)

2–3 thin slices fresh ginger

Splash of sparkling water

Crushed ice
-
Garnish: pineapple frond, lime wheel, edible flower
Garnish:

Instructions:

In a shaker, muddle the ginger slices gently to release flavor.

Add pineapple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup.

Shake with crushed ice until frosty.

Strain into a tall tiki glass packed with more crushed ice.

Top with a splash of sparkling water for lift.

Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple frond, and an edible flower for that ETI flair.
