Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Cream of Coconut
• 1- 1/2 oz Pear Nectar
• 1/4 oz Vanilla Syrup
• 1-1/4 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (Appleton Reserve 8 yr)
• 1 oz Navy Rum (Smith & Cross)
• Dash Angostura Bitters
• Crushed Ice

Garnish:

• Lime Wheel

Instructions:

Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds to mix well.  Pour into a DOF (double old fashioned glass) and top with more crushed ice to fill.

Lift up your glass to your lips and partake of the potion that will put you into a blissful Island Daze!
