The Island Cha Cha Cocktail By Tikimon
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tsp Grenadine
- 1 Tsp Falernum
- 1/2 oz Orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz Creme de Banana
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Blackwell)
- 1 oz White PR or VI Rum (Caliche)
- 1 oz Aged Gold Rum (Appleton Signature)
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz Crushed ice
Garnish:
- Orange Slice
Instructions:
Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds, pour into your vessel of choice and top off with crushed ice to fill glass. Garnish with slice of Orange. After a couple of these you’ll be doing the Cha Cha!
