Pooka Nooga Cocktail By Tikimon
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz vanilla syrup
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz falernum
- 1/4 oz Peach Flavored Brandy
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Rum (Plantation Stiggin’s Fancy)
- 1/2 oz Coconut Rum (Koloa)
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba)
- Dash of Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
- 5 oz crushed ice
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and flash blend for 5 seconds. Dispense into a suitable vessel of your choice and join the Pooka Noogas!
