Kapu Mango Cocktail by Tikimon

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. of mango nectar/juice
  • 1/2 oz. Peach Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Honey (either warm or mix with juice to dissolve)
  • 1/4 oz. Orgeat
  • 1-1/2 oz. Silver VI rum (We used Cruzan)
  • 1 oz. Dark Jamaican Rum ( We used Coruba)
  • 1/2 oz. Gold Jamican Rum (We used Appleton Signature)

Garnish:

  • Maraschino Cherry, Mint Sprig

Instructions:

Shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with the cherry and mint sprig. Enjoy!
