Melonious Funk Cocktail

Hand crafted by our official ETI Mixologist “Tikimon”


  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  •  3/4 oz White Grapefruit Juice

  •  1/2 oz Midori Liqueur

  •  1/2 oz Ginger Syrup

  •  1/2 oz Falernum

  •  1 oz Dark or Aged Jamaican Rum (Smith & Cross)

  •  1 oz Demerara Rum (Hamilton or El Dorado 8 yr.)

  •  1 oz White Virgin Islands Rum (Cruzan or Don Q)


Shake with 5 oz crushed ice, add 1 oz Ginger Beer to shaker and stir to mix. Pour into a DOF glass, garnish with melon cubes skewered on a sword.
