Hawaiian Hula Tacos by Tiki Brian


This is the vegan version but you can use real chicken if you like.


Ingredients (per taco):

  • 3 tsp canned crushed pineapple

  • 2 tsp of corn (from a steam in bag)

  • 1 leaf of fresh red leaf lettuce

  • 2 tsp of Paul Newman Mango Salsa

  • 1 Gardein crispy chicken tender cut into strips

  • 1 hard taco shell

  • Lime wedge for garnish



Place all the ingredients into a taco shell in the following order.

Crispy chicken, corn, lettuce, mango salsa, crushed pineapple. Squeeze live wedge over taco for extra flavor and enjoy!
