The Hukilau 2026-Florida

🌊 The Hukilau 2026 — Florida’s Legendary Tiki Oceanside Weekender

June 4–7, 2026 Beachcomber Resort, Pompano Beach, Florida

For more than two decades, The Hukilau has stood as one of the most iconic tiki weekenders in the world—an immersive celebration of Polynesian Pop, world‑class cocktails, live music, and the enduring legacy of the Mai‑Kai. The 2026 edition brings four days of tropical escape, ocean breezes, and unforgettable experiences along Florida’s Gold Coast.

🌺 A Deep Connection to The Mai‑Kai

The Hukilau’s heart beats in rhythm with the legendary Mai‑Kai Restaurant, a historic temple of tiki culture. For years, the event has featured exclusive Mai‑Kai performances, late‑night gatherings, symposiums, and Polynesian shows that honor its legacy. This partnership bridges classic mid‑century tiki with its modern revival, creating a living cultural thread that defines the event.

🍹 Build‑Your‑Own‑Bar Workshop (June 3–4)

Before the main event begins, guests can join a two‑day intensive workshop dedicated to designing and building a home tiki bar. Topics include layout, lighting, décor, materials, workflow, and drink‑program design—taught by master builders and bartenders.

🌴 Event Highlights

Live Music & Performances

Bands and performers take over the poolside stage and mainstage from Thursday through Saturday, with additional special shows at the Mai‑Kai and Polynesian Fire performances on the beach.
