Ingredients:
- 1 oz fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Falernum Syrup (Snug Harbor) - (www.snugharborcompany.com)
- 1/2 oz Sorrell (Hibiscus syrup) - (Snug Harbor) - (www.snugharborcompany.com)
- 3/4 oz Mango Nectar
- 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 oz Silver P.R. or V.I. Rum (Don Q Cristal)
- 1 oz Aged Barbados Rum (Plantation 5 Year)
- 1 oz Demerara Rum (El Dorado 8 Year)
- OPTIONAL FLOAT - 1/2 oz 151 Rum (Hamilton)
- 5 oz crushed ice
Garnish:
- Lime Wedge
Instructions:
Flash blend all ingredients (accept the 151 Hamilton Rum) for 5 seconds, pour into a suitable glass or mug and top with more crushed ice to fill. Now, if you so choose, drizzle the 151 Rum on top for an extra kick!
