Ingredients:

• 1 oz Fresh Lime juice
• 1/2 oz Real Grenadine syrup
• 1/4 oz Falernum syrup
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz Passion Fruit juice
• 1-1/2 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Coruba)
• 1-1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Gold rum (Appleton Signature)*
• 6 drops of Pernod (or Absynth)
• 6 oz Crushed ice

Garnish:

• Cherry

Instructions:

Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds.  Pour into the vessel of your
choice. Add more crushed ice to fill.  Enjoy the Gidget!

* Note:  Substitute 1/2 oz of the Aged Jamaican Gold rum with 1/2 oz of
overproof rum for a nice extra kick!  Not for the faint of heart!  Beware!
