Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. orange juice
- 1/2 oz. guava nectar
- 1/4 oz. ginger syrup
- 1/4 oz. honey (dissolved in juices)
- 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. Midori
- 1 oz. Silver Virgin Islands Rum
- 1 oz. Blended Aged Gold Rum (Plantation 5 yr)
- Dash of Angostura Orange Bitters
Garnish:
- two chunks of melon skewered on either
side of an orange slice with a little plastic sword
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients with 6 ozs crushed ice in a blender.
Flash blend and pour into the receptacle of your choice. Top vessel off
with crushed ice.
