Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/3 oz Orgeat Syrup
• 1/4 oz Vanilla Syrup
• 1/2 oz Grand Marnier
• 1/4 oz Apricot Brandy (Luxardo)
• Optional but recommended – 5 drops of Bittermen’s Elemakule Tiki Bitters
• 1 oz Demerara Rum (El Dorado 8 yr)
• 1/2 oz Navy Strength (Overproof) Jamaican Pot Still Rum (Smith &
Cross)
• 6 oz Crushed Ice

Garnish:

• Lime wheel

Instructions:

Add the above ingredients to a blender and flash blend for 5 seconds
then pour into a double old fashioned glass. Top the glass off with ice
to fill.
