Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1/4 oz Blook Orange Cordial Syrup
- 1/2 oz Dry Curacao
- 1 oz Montenegro Amaro (or substitute with Averna or Angostura amaro or any other amaro that you can find)
- 1 oz Silver Rum (Don Q)
- 3/4 oz Dark Jamaican Rum (Blackwells)
- 1 oz Brandy
- 3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Garnish:
- White tropical flower
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients with crushed ice then strain into a DOF (Double Old Fasnion) glass that contains either a large ice cube or a few regular ice cubes. Remember, it starts sweet and ultimately has a bitter finish, just like real life…..often.
