The Guiding Star Drink Recipe By Tikimon

Ingredients:

• 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz (just a hair less) Orgeat syrup
• 3/4 oz Licor 43
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1-1/4 oz Rye Whiskey (Michter’s US-1 Single Barrel)
• 1 oz Aged Gold Barbados Rum (Plantation 5 yr)
• 1/4 oz Dark Jamaican Rum Floater (Coruba)
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Crushed ice

Garnish:

• Mint sprigInstructions:

Flash blend all ingredients except the floater for 5 seconds. Pour into a suitable vessel and add more crushed ice to fill then add the dark rum floater.  Drink up and you will be guided into the stars and beyond……
