Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 3/4 oz Guava Nectar
- 3/4 oz Midori
- 3/4 oz Allspice Dram (St. Elizabeth)
- 1-1/2 oz Aged Gold Rum (Plantation 5 year)
- 1-1/2 oz Silver Virgin Island Rum (Don Q Cristal)
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- Crushed ice
Garnish:
- Lime Wedge
Instructions:
Flash blend all ingredients for 5 seconds and pour into your favorite vessel. Top with more crushed ice to fill. Say Ea Ea and have a sip, repeat until it’s all gone. Ea Ea!!!
