The Tropical Itch Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz. cinnamon-infused simple syrup
- 1-12 oz. crushed fresh mango
- 1 oz. light rum
- 2 drops almond extract
- 6 oz. crushed ice
Garnish:
- Lemon wheel
Instructions:
Put everything into a blender, saving crushed ice for last. Blend at high speed for no less than 20-30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Add crushed ice to fill. Enjoy.
