Mai Kapai Cocktail

Hand crafted by our official ETI Mixologist “Tikimon”

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 oz Fresh lime Juice

  • 1-1/4 oz Guava Nectar

  • 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1/4 oz Orgeat Syrup

  • 1/4 oz Ginger Syrup

  • 5 Drops Pernod

  • 1 oz Silver Rum

  • 1 oz Gold Aged Jamaican Rum

  • 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum

  • 5 oz crushed Ice

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for 5 seconds Pour into vessel of your choice, garnish with a cube of pineapple and a cherry on a sword, and all will be Kapai.
