ETI GRINCH COCKTAIL

  • 1 oz. Banana Liquor

  • 1 -1/2 oz. Coconut Rum

  • 1 oz. Midori

  • 2 oz. lemon-lime soda

  • 1 crushed candy cane (for rim garnish)

  • coconut flakes (for rim garnish)

  • simple syrup (for rim garnish)

Instructions:

Rim Garnish: (not required but I wanted to make the rim of the cocktail festive!)

Dip the rim of your cocktail glass into the simple syrup and let sit for about 10min. Dip rim into coconut flakes and cover the entire rim with the flakes (I dipped mine several times allowing 10min to dry between each dipping). The dip your cocktail glass into the crushed candy cane and let dry for 10min.

Cocktail:

In a shaker filled with crushed ice, combine the banana liquor, coconut rum and midori and shake. Strain into the cocktail glass  filled with fresh crushed ice. Top off with the lemon lime soda and ENJOY!
