Billy Bones Cocktail

Hand crafted by our official ETI Mixologist “Tikimon”

  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Juice

  • 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1/4 oz Honey

  • 1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup

  • 1-1/2 oz VI Light Rum

  • 1-1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (We used Appleton Signature)

  • 1/4 teaspoon of Herbsaint Liquor

  • Crushed Ice

First, Dissolve the honey, lime and other juices. Add rums and crushed ice. Flash blend for 2-3 seconds. Pour into your favorite vessel and enjoy!
