Billy Bones Cocktail by Tikimon
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 oz Honey
- 1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
- 1-1/2 oz VI Light Rum
- 1-1/2 oz Aged Jamaican Rum (We used Appleton Signature)
- 1/4 teaspoon of Herbsaint Liquor
- Crushed ice
Garnish:
- Lime wheel
Instructions:
First, Dissolve the honey, lime and other juices. Add rums and crushed ice. Flash blend for 2-3 seconds. Pour into your favorite vessel and enjoy!
